  • Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation for any reason before June 1st will be subject to forfeiture of any deposited funds. Your deposit may be applied to alternative programs, however, in which case a mandatory $25 change fee will be assessed. After June 1st, cancellation will result in forfeiture of all fees. WFS Middle School Camp reserves the right to cancel or modify individual programs due to enrollment or weather concerns. If the school deems a program change necessary, the camper will be placed in an alternative program or the camp will grant a full refund. Finally, campers must conduct themselves in a responsible and respectful manner while attending camp. Any camper who is involved in wrongful behavior which raises significant concerns will be subject to immediate dismissal and forfeiture of payment.

  • Nurse and Medications

We will not have a nurse on staff. Members of the staff are CPR and first aid trained to deal with the types of minor injuries that campers may experience. In addition, if your child needs access to an Epi-pen® or asthma inhaler, we do have staff members who can dispense them. Therefore, if your child has any special needs, a parent is responsible for bringing the medication to camp. Please read the Emergency Form carefully for additional information regarding medication and field trip policies.
  • Wilmington Friends Summer Camp Fee and Registration Policy

Camp registration is due by June 1, 2024. Spots are filled as registrations are received until camps reach capacity. Thereafter, registrants will be put on a waiting list. A non-refundable 50% deposit is due at time of registration. Final, non-refundable payment is due on or before June 1, 2024. If balance is not received by the above deadline, we cannot guarantee your place. Late registration is possible provided there is space available in the desired program. Late registration must be made one week prior to the start of the desired program and must be accompanied by full payment. Changes in registration from one program to another are subject to program availability and require a mandatory $25 change fee unless the change is initiated by the camp administration.
