Quaker Cares Committee Helps Upper School Students Prepare for Midterms

The Quaker Cares Committee has been hard at work creating a calm and supportive environment for upper school students as they enter midterms!
Students created glitter jars as a mindful reminder to pause and refocus when things get hectic. The committee created a "snow much self-care" display, inviting students to share their stress-minimizing strategies. The responses are inspiring and creative, showing that even small steps can make a big difference during a busy season!
